Q: How do I log in?

A: Simply click on the login button and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password please click the Forgot Password link. If you have not registered yet, create a new account by following the prompts on the Login page.

Q: How do I edit my account profile?

A: To edit your account you will need to login to the store. After logging in click on the "My Account" link at the top navigation bar.

Q: How do I start shopping?

A: To start shopping simply select a product category in the "Product Categories" navigation box. From each product category you will be able to select individual products and add them to your cart.

Q: How do I add products to the shopping cart?

A: Once you have selected a product simply fill out the necessary fields such as color, size and quantity. Then simply click the "Add to Cart" button.

Q: How do I update the cart?

A: To update your shopping cart please click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. Here you can enter new quantities for each product and click "Recalculate" or click "Clear Cart" to remove all items from your shopping cart.

Q: Will I get an email confirmation of my order?

A: Yes. All of your order details will be included in the email.

Q: Will I get a shipping confirmation of my order?

A: Yes. Once the order has shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking numbers to track your shipment.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: To check the order status simply login into the store and click on My Orders. From here you can view new, old, and pending orders.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please contact Customer Service for additional information. 

Q: What if I misplace my Heraeus Bucks?

A: Use of Heraeus Bucks is only accepted at heraeusstore.com.  Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. 

Q: Can I view my order history?

A: All of your previous orders are available for review by clicking into your account or clicking the My Orders tab. Of course, you have to be logged in first.
